The residence consists of 13 exclusive studio apartments. There is a lake in front of it suitable for bathing. The pebble-bottomed lake has been constructed respecting nature and the surrounding environment. The water is perfectly safe to drink because it is filtered naturally by the plants and flowers that grow on the shores of the lake, and additionally purified by the use of filters and UVA lamps. The hotel has chosen not to add chlorine or other chemical substances to the water because respect for nature is one of the guiding principles of Lebbiano Residence.
