Apartment rates are per week and for 4 people, If you wish to spend with us less than a week or you are more than 4 people (up to total 20), please require a personal rates  to Giorgio
 
The price include , private parking in closed independent garden with electrical gate, complete supply with change weekly of the bed linen and towels for bath and kitchen, electricity, full equipped kitchen and gas consumption from kitchen, hot and cold water, final cleaning and tax.

The price not include the heating expenses: Euro 68,00 per house (Euro 9,80 per day).
