Welcome to LE DUNE HOTEL

The hotel offers the tourists the opportunity for a very pleasant stay both during the summer season and in autumn or in the wintertime.

True nature enthusiasts appreciate it because of the beautiful landscape,the nice climate and the historical as well as archeological resources that characterize the surrounding area,but also for the high professional standard of all services including the special care of guests.

The hotel, perfectly connected to the main local roadways, lies in a wonderful position facing the sea, close by the dunes and in the middle of the National Park of Circeo.

The dunes, which belong to a protected geographical area, are covered with thick Mediterranean bush sloping down to a large beach with thin white sand.
 
This original enchanting landscape gives a unique charme to the hotel and to the whole seaside resort.

Built in 1969 and renovated at end of 2004, the hotel has 77 rooms,7 additional cottages and a private bathing establishment.
 
The main building follows the altimetrical state of the dunes and the very impressive four-storey front facing the sea shows a pronounced vertical development in its architectural structure.

The side overlooking the road, with only two floors, represents an attractive element in the surrounding natural landscape.

From the nice and comfortable restaurant you can enjoy the view of the wonderful Riviera di Ulisse.

All guests can taste a wide selection of specialities from the local and international gastronomy among which we suggest the following ones: fishcourses, hors d’oeuvres, soups, fried and grilled foods as well as every sort of best prepared dishes

In the summertime you can have meals on our charming terrace with panoramic view.

The large private beach opposite to the hotel swimming-pool allows direct access to the guests.

The bathing establishment has about 180 beach-umbrellas, including deck-chairs and long-chairs, as well as more than hundred beach-huts with showers, changing rooms and stonework toilets.

In the outdoor area of the beach-bar foods and drinks are served.

The hotel complex is equipped with halls of various sizes,suitable for the organization of special events and meetings, without disturbing the ordinary guests’ privacy.

The following selection of four halls is available according to the number of people attending the events.

The high professional staff of the hotel reception can assist you for booking and purchase of tickets and for the arrangement of transfers from the hotel to the airport, to the railway station of Priverno-Fossanova and to any other destination or vice versa from there to the hotel at your arrival.

All guests can ask for individual help for trips, car hire with or without driver, change of foreign currency, baby-sitting service.

Payment with credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB is allowed.

You can trust the employees of the reception desk for all problems concerning your stay.

At the central bar the guests will be served à la carte by professional barmen in the outdoor areas (in the nearby garden) or in the indoor halls.

In our fitness-centre a well-equipped gym with sauna and hydromassage is available for training,body-building and aerobics.

All guests can use the following facilities every day for 30 minutes from 9.00 a.m. until 17.00 p.m.: two dirt tennis courts equipped with night lighting- system, ping-pong, minigolf and chess.
 
The hotel offers the opportunity to use four indoor halls of various sizes for special events and meetings according to the number of participants.

Description of the meeting halls:

Sala Ginepro: It lies in the upper part of the hotel south wing and has 3 panoramic sides respectively overlooking the sea, the Promontory of Circeo and the Lake of Paola, which divides the Dunes from he town.

The hall,having an usable space of 240 sq m and a sufficient capacity for 150 people, is set for the installation of audio-visual aids and equipped with WI-FI access points for wireless Internet connections.

According to guests’ needs it can be arranged with horse-shoe shaped tables,with lined up ones or with chairs only; the speaker’s desk can either face to the Promontory of Circeo or to he hotel indoors.

Sala Tamerici: Usable space: 68 sq m-Capacity: 50 people. It is next to Sala Ginepro and can be used both as suitable option to this one for meetings with smaller number of participants and as additional hall for meetings with more than 150 guests.

Sala Orchidea: Usable space:48 sq m - Capacity: 20 people

Sala Primula: Usable spac: 26 sq m - Capacity: 15 people.

Two large indoor halls called Sala Ginepro and Sala Tamerici can be arranged on guests’ request for wedding and First Communion parties, banquets and other similar events with tables of various sizes.
 
Quick table service will be supplied from a modern and well-equipped kitchen situated on the same floor, completely independent from the central one, in order to grant a suitable solution for all occasions.

Every day from June until September our miniclub service takes care of children aged 4 to 10 years.

Ladies’ hairdresser and a large parking place are also available in the hotel area.
