The modern complex of buildings is decorated in yellow, with a large patio area in front of the hotel, parking spaces at the sides and a green area of 30000 m². The effect is of a secluded oasis (origin for the name of the hotel) and has an enchanting avenue of cypresses that lead to the hotel. The elegant lobby is divided into 2 areas: at the very entrance, a sitting area with red leather Frau sofas, marble floors and stairs, leads to the restaurant area. On the left side, a door opens up to the private church of the hotel (used for ceremonies as well as small classic concerts). On the right-hand side, there is a larger area with wooden reception desk, bar area and red sofas.
