On a gentle-rolling green plane, at the border between Umbria and Tuscany
surrounded by a pine-wood and a large park, youwill findthe old farmhouse, thatwe have recently restore dand converted to 6 independent apartments.

Situated in a peaceful position, with a panoramic view, set in a landscape full of colors and fields of sunflowers and wheat, our residence is only 10 kilometers fromCortona, an old Etruscan town with its monuments, museums and many cultural activities.

Lake Trasimeno with its beaches, excursion boats and water sports facilities, is just opposite our farmhouse.

An ideal touring base for visiting centers of art and culture of international interest suchas Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Siena, Arezzo, Florence and Rome. 

"Il Boschetto del Lago" offers ample covered parking facilities and a modern swimming-pool (14x18), solarium with deck-chairs and beach umbrellas, volley-ball ground, ping-pong, bowls, bikes, launderette (automatic washing machine).
 
Each apartment is equipped with its own barbecue, garden furniture, central heating, telephone and t.v. color. Weekly and weekend bookings accepted.
