The building project has followed a very low environment impact, giving to this structure technological solutions to save energy to respect environmental resources.
The hotel is completely accessible to disable persons, with two rooms especially designed for them, with lift and ramps.
Hotel Jean Marie owns a guarded private undergrounded parking, directly accessible froom rooms using the lift. Cars enter and exit using an idraulic elevator.
For a better ergonomy, room keys has been substituted with a tiny and smart electronic badge with multiple functions.
On the top of the hotel there is a very confortable solarium with chairs, umbrella and tables for your relax moments.
Hotel Jean Marie offers a bed and breakfast (breakfast to buffet or in room, as you prefere).
There is no restaurant service.
For those persons who want to receive a complete service, they can go to Hotel Svizzera Restaurant with a 10% discount on the bill.

Jean Marie hotel is on the north western coast of the italian mainland, in Arma di Taggia, delightful town of the Riviera dei fiori, famous for its warm climate during all the year and for its limpid water of the ligurian sea.
The hotel is situated in a central position, at few hundred meters from the railway station and the seaside.
Closeness to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
