Hotel Au Soleil
Before the renovation of its facade and furniture as well as the cut in tariffs, the hotel belonged to the 2 stars category. « Au Soleil » has the highest occupation rate of the whole Val d?Aoste. Finally, in august 2002, we have managed to inaugurate the « new hotel » and the bar-restaurant « Le Vin C?ur » (which actually opened its doors once month later). This restaurant is managed by the talentful Chef Vincenzo, himself assisted by Sandra. "Au Soleil" is by now very modern and its atmosphere is quite familial. 24 guestrooms are at your disposal and offer a great confort. A great restaurant offers you typical menus from Val d'Aoste. The hall was conceived in order to avoid any overload : the traditional desk has been removed since it established a physical barrier and is replaced by a simple table with chairs. The sober and modern decoration was attentively thought of by our architect: Mario Capra, who embodies the style of the region given the neatness of his work, the use of wood and typical materials as green marble from the valley. His work conveys an harmonious and cosy style to the hotel.
