Along the sea front in Viareggio, a few steps from the beach and the pinewoods our residences can offer you the opportunity to stay in confortable surroundings throughout the year.

Il Patriarca is located in a modern building and all the apartments have a large balcony with a sea view.

Il Maestoso is situated on the second floor of one of the most famous "Art nouveau" buildings in Viareggio, which has been completely refurbished.

Either at Il Patriarca or at Il Maestoso you'll have the opportunity to spend your holidays thought free in confortable, bright, fully-furnished flats.

· Daily tiding up of bedrooms and bathrooms except Saturday and Sunday (this service is provided from the 13th of May to the 30th of September)
· Weekly supply of linen, towels and tablecloth
· Change of towels at middle week
· Final cleaning of the apartment
· The final cleaning of the apartment does not include the cleaning of the kitchen. The apartment must be left free from any garbage.

The above prices are indicative are in Euros.

In high season, from the 13th of May to the 30th of September, the apartments are available only from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposits

A deposit of E 50,00 is required. The apartment will be checked up before departure. The deposit will be returned if the kitchen is clean.

A deposit of E 150,00 is required if domestic animals are present
