How to reach us from the central train station (Santa Maria Novella):

- by taxi (very close, so fairly cheap)
- by bus (numbers 1, 7, 10, 17, 2nd or 3rd stop depending on where you get on, getting off in Piazza San Marco)
- on foot (7-8 minutes)

From the airport (Amerigo Vespucci, Florence):

- by taxi (15 minutes, 5 km away)
- by bus, special "Vola in Bus" service to (and from) the Santa Maria Novella railway station (see above after that)

From the airport (Galileo Galilei, Pisa):

- by train: direct connection from within the airport to the Santa Maria Novella railway station (see above after that)

by car: recommended exit from any direction is "Firenze Nord" then follow directions to the centre of town ("centro").

The area around the hotel is limited traffic only but you can get in to unload your luggage (in this case have your license plate number ready to be given to our staff so as not to receive a ticket).

For parking there are several garages within walking distance (5 minutes, one of them is in Piazza della Libertà, EUR 15 per day) or upon request on your arrival we can call a special garage that will pick up your car from the hotel and return it whenever you need it (for a daily rate of about EUR 31, to be paid directly to garage staff).

Otherwise the car can be parked for free outside the limited traffic area, where allowed (just a few minutes walk away).

Everything you need is within walking distance: museums, churches, shops (brand names and others), restaurants, clubs and bars, the leather market and the food market (with delicious gourmet delicacies that you can take away or have shipped home), banks and internet points.
