If you are coming from motor-way, follow first the directions for "Viareggio", then those for "Viareggio Nord".The exit to choice is "Q.re Marco Polo - Pretura" indicated by the following indication:

MIND THE BEND IN THE ROAD! Reduce the speed (30 Km/h) and keep you to the right in such a way as to go on to the road that leads to the town.

It's not easy to see the exit just after the bend! If you don't pay attention you risk to go beyond it.

Now you are crossing "Marco Polo" road.

At the second traffic-lights of the cross of "Marco Polo" road, turn to the left: "Fratti" road; go along the pine-grove at your right side.
At the second traffic-lights of "Fratti" road, turn to the right: "Vespucci" road.
   
100 yards more and you have arrived.

By Train

If you have caught up Viareggio with the train, you can continue on foot or on bus.

On foot

The Hotel "Villa Benvenuti" is near the railway station.
Following our indications you will be able to join us in 5-10 minutes.
To the exit from the railway station you will find in front of you many roads that lead towards the sea.

The third road on your right is the way "Leonardo Da Vinci"
G et this way and follow our next indications.

Continue along the way "Leonardo da Vinci" until the traffic-light.
Here you have to turns right on the way "Fratti".

Continue until an other traffic-light, then turns left, you are on the way "Amerigo Vespucci" you can find our Hotel continuing towards the sea; while on your right you can admire the Pineta di Ponente.

After 100 meters you're arrived!
